By creating an account and accessing the Suprasteel Digital Grinding platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not register or use the Platform.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform and its calculation tools are provided exclusively for professional and technical use in the mineral grinding industry. You agree to:

• Use the tools solely for lawful, professional purposes.
• Not share credentials or grant access to unauthorized third parties.
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the calculation methodologies without written permission.
• Not use the Platform to compete with Suprasteel's commercial activities.

3. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability

Results are estimates based on industry models and the input data you provide. All results must be validated by a qualified engineer before application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprasteel shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on Platform results.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, design, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Suprasteel Worldwide S.L., protected by applicable copyright and industrial property laws.

5. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and the Spanish LOPDGDD.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at info@suprasteel.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oviedo, Asturias, Spain.
